ArcLearn is the web-based solution to your business learning management needs, offering licensed video courses developed by the premier producers of business-skill training programs. ArcLearn includes many of the features of a major LMS including courses in either a DVD-style or an interactive course.
Members purchase licenses for specific training courses at the ArcLearn e-Learning Marketplace site. A complimentary site, the ArcLearn e-Learning Portal at www.arclearn.com, provides services for registering student participants, enrolling them in courses and delivering courses.
Each training course is available as either a DVD-style video course or a interactive course. A DVD style course is a contiguous video course with a completion certificate. An interactive course is a lesson oriented course with video lessons, a pre-test, post-test, and completion certificate. Many interactive courses also include exercises, text panels, audio, and more.

Access Licenses apply to both DVD-style video courses and interactive courses. An access license might
be for one specific course or for a group of user determined courses (License Pack). All licenses
have a limited term ranging from one day to two years. Renewals are available on the web site.
License Packs offer pricing discounts due to the multiple course commitment.
Note: all licenses require an initial access-license fee PLUS on-going utilization fees.
License Packs provide the ultimate in flexibility. Your organization can select any set of courses
for inclusion in the Pack. Every 60 days, you can swap out one or more courses for different courses
at no additional charge.
Swapping courses in completely under your control - simply use the ArcLearn eLearning Portal's
License Management page (feature for Administrators only).
Utilization Packs provide more discounts for even greater savings! The Packs are purchased in
advance and used to cover monthly utilization fees as they are incurred. Utilization Packs are
available in specific face values starting at $500 and are priced at discounts up to 10%.
Authoring privilege is a organization-wide license allowing trainers the use of Internet links
in PowerPoint (or other course authoring software) for playing full-length, DVD-style video courses
or individual chapters of courses (if available). Note: chapters are not available without
authoring privileges.
Additionally, with Authoring Privileges trainers can conduct classes without Internet access
by purchasing a Local Access Option(see below)and downloading playlists & play licenses
(needed by Windows Media Player) in advance.
This device is an external hard drive containing an entire library of videos and interactive courses. It can be attached to your network or to a trainer's laptop. It provides direct access to all licensed courses as an alternative to streaming them over the Internet.
A Video Only account status is available to those organizations that do not need the LMS features of ArcLearn, but want employees to view licensed DVD Style video courses.
Video Only cannot be purchased on the web site; this account status is sold only by sales people with any independent ArcLearn distributor.
With this status, the end users will go to www.arclearn.com and login. The primary home page is replaced with a short message and a list of the videos to be played. The user can click on the title to see the video.
Administrators can add or remove participants, including the upload of a spreadsheet of participants, and can run utilization reports.
